Expanding AI-assisted operations with EU AI Act governance in mind

2026 — Luxembourg

In 2026 the internal AI experiments started in the previous year developed into a structured service approach. We began designing workflows for document processing and operational digitalisation, compliance research, data reconciliation, control monitoring and the preparation of first-draft reports.

At the same time, implementation of the EU AI Act made governance a practical business issue. Our approach therefore includes identifying the purpose and risk of each use case, controlling access to confidential information, keeping source records, requiring human review and making responsibility for the final output clear.

We are publishing this update because the useful question is no longer simply whether a business uses AI. The important question is whether it uses AI in a controlled, transparent and accountable way — which is where compliance and technology now meet.
