Testing AI-assisted administration and compliance
2025 — Luxembourg
During 2025 VieKey Consulting began testing artificial intelligence on selected internal administration and compliance tasks. Early use cases included organising large document sets, extracting information, comparing versions, preparing structured chronologies and converting working papers into consistent Markdown-based records.
The purpose was not to remove the professional from the process. It was to see where technology could increase coverage and reduce repetitive work while keeping review, judgement and responsibility with a person. The tests also highlighted practical issues around confidentiality, source verification and the risk of plausible but unsupported output.
We are publishing this update because these experiments became the foundation for a more formal approach to AI-assisted operations and compliance work developed in 2026.
