A structured diagnostic of the systems a business actually uses — where information sits, which recurring steps consume the team's time, and what a modest change would return. Ten areas, a five-level maturity scale, scored recommendations and a costed roadmap; eligible Luxembourg SMEs can have part of the cost covered under public support schemes.

How it runs

Indicatively four to six weeks.

1. Scoping call. Business, team, tools in use, what the pre-analysis with the House of Entrepreneurship concluded.
2. Engagement letter. Diagnostic, roadmap and workbook as deliverables.
3. Delivery. Interviews and system review → scoring → recommendations → costing.
4. Review session with management; roadmap handed over.

Public co-funding

Under the SME Packages (Digital, AI, Cybersecurity) the Ministry of the Economy covers 70% of eligible project costs between EUR 3,000 and EUR 25,000 excluding VAT, up to EUR 17,500 of aid. The entry point is a pre-analysis with the House of Entrepreneurship. These figures describe the public scheme, not VieKey's terms; eligibility is assessed by the scheme, not by us.

Representative matter

Website rebuild: viekey.eu — VieKey rebuilt its own website, using the same approach it offers to SME clients. The work covered a new service-led structure, a redesign with new typography, and a code-based build where every approved change deploys automatically. The result is a faster site the firm maintains itself, with no manual publishing.

Where the text and practice diverge

• The scheme texts speak of a "provider"; there is no accreditation. Choose one on the substance of the diagnostic, not on a label.
• The EU AI Act's literacy obligation (Art. 4) has applied to deployers since 2 February 2025 and the Art. 50 transparency obligations since 2 August 2026, subject to transitional arrangements. Most SME exposure is practical — who checks the output — not regulatory.
• A diagnostic that ends in a software recommendation has skipped the step that matters: which process to change first.
